Bell's commitment is the result of the injured dies in the backfield of the Ravens, which already running back J.K. Dobbins have lost for the complete season. He moved into a cruciate ligament tear in the final preseason game. In addition, Backup Justice Hill ripped the Achilles tendon last Thursday and will also be completely failed.

Bell, who was most recently for the Kansas City Chiefs, had a trial at the Ravens on Monday and could be called in the active squad due to the rules applicable to each game since the previous year, the Ravens should not be promptly in the 53- Record player squad.

Currently, the Ravens merely have Gus Edwards and Backup Ty'son Williams in the Backfield.

Bell had his greatest time at the Pittsburgh Steelers, the arch rivals of the Ravens. There he reached the Pro Bowl three times from 2013 to 2017 and was chosen twice to the All-Pro First Team. After a year break due to a contract dispute, he closed to the New York Jets, who dismissed him again 2020. At the Chiefs, he finally made nine games in the previous year, but was barely a factor like at jets.
