Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, the 1997 classic, is now available for iOS and Android

INAMI today announced a surprise publication of Castlemaine: Symphony of the Night for iOS and Android. The classic side scrolling action game was first published in 1997 on the original PlayStation and has been ported to PSP, Xbox 360 and PS4.

Now it has arrived for mobile devices and will not blow up the bank either. You can experience Castlemaine: Symphony of the Night for $2.99 or a local equivalent. Compared to the 1997 publication, it has brought some changes, such as a new function to continue and achievements that you can achieve if you are fighting by the lock.

There will also be controller support, which makes the game probably for people attractive, which are not too familiar with the use of virtual D-pads and buttons or do not like them. However, this is still an option if you want to play Symphony of the Night as you can see in the screenshots in this article.

In the games, you play Placard, the son of Dracula, has access to a variety of weapons and skills to fight against the abundance of monsters that lurk in the castle walls. He can also be increased with the experience he collected by killing numerous enemies.

The publication was tailored to the arrival of the third season of the Castlemaine Netflix series, which will be released tomorrow, on March 5th. Games on your phone and your Netflix subscription are not the only places you can enjoy Castlemaine. You can also listen to the original Soundtrack of Symphony of the Night on Spotify and other songs from the series.

Castlemaine: Symphony of the Night is now available on the available App Store and Google Play. It is a premium title that costs $2.99.
